Who we are

Tandem Partners is a business advisory firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, founded in 2009. This policy explains what happens to personal information you provide through tandem.ae.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us. If you submit the form on our contact page, we receive:

• your name;
• your email address;
• your phone number, if you provide one; and
• the content of your message.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not build profiles of visitors. The site sets no marketing or analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your details for one purpose: to read your enquiry and respond to it. Your submission is delivered to us as an email through Resend, our email delivery provider. It is not added to a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

How long we keep it

Enquiries reach us as email and are retained in our business email system for as long as we need them to manage our relationship with you and to meet our record keeping obligations. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.

Who else sees it

Two service providers process data on our behalf: Resend, which delivers the enquiry email, and Vercel, which hosts this website. Both act on our instructions. We do not otherwise share your information except where we are required to by law.

Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the personal information we hold about you, correct it if it is wrong, or delete it. You can also object to our use of it. To make a request, email info@tandem.ae and tell us what you need.

Depending on where you live, these rights may be granted by the UAE Personal Data Protection Law or, for visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the GDPR. We apply them to everyone who asks, regardless of location.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS, and enquiries are transmitted over encrypted connections. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send confidential financial information through the contact form — we will arrange a secure channel for anything sensitive.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the date at the top.
